"The Spanish School in Mexico"

The Immersion Pastoral Spanish is for Priests, Religious, and Lay persons working with Hispanic communities in parish or other pastoral settings. This course enables participants to develop or strengthen language skills needed for pastoral care liturgy, preaching, organizing and other facets of pastoral ministry in bilingual situations and the exploration of the culture, history and religious expressions of the diverse Latino population.

The course implements not only daily common vocabulary  used in day to day situations, but emphasizes on vocabulary and themes based on  the Sacred Scripture and the Liturgy in any church community.

ALS offers participants opportunities for guided pastoral ministry on the weekends and provides students with the opportunity  to work along with clergy members in  nearby parishes.
