Saturday: 10:00am Tour to Monte Alban and San Bartolo Coyotepec, a local town where black pottery is made by local artisans, who produce exceptionally, beautiful items using creative works and polishing techniques. 3:00pm. Lunch in local restaurant. 5:00pm return to hotel and free time. Sunday: 9:00am Tour to: Santa María El Tule, a huge, ahuehuete cypress called "El Árbol del Tule". 40 meters high with a diameter of 52.58 meters, it weighs around 509 tons and is approximately 2000 years old. Teotitlán del Valle, is a town where woolen rugs are made on domestic looms. Artisans use natural dyes such as indigo, moss and grana cochinilla. An unforgettable experience!, Mitla, which means "Place of the Dead" in Nahuatl. On the way to Mitla, we will visit a typical Mescal refinery and Santo Domingo convent, where the treasures of tomb number 7 of Monte Alban is located. Monday: 8:30am. Hotel check out and departure to Guelaguetza festival. 3:00pm: departure to Cuernavaca. Estimated arrival time: 8:30pm. Cost: $280USD.
